• Full‑time schedule: 40+ hours per week
• Typical work week: 45–50 hours
• Paid overtime (1.5x)
• Hands‑on training program (3–5 months)
• Clear path for career advancement
• Earning potential after training: $50,000–$90,000+ per year

• Operate a scissor lift (training & certification provided)
• Install residential and commercial motors
• Diagnose mechanical and electronic issues
• Perform annual maintenance services

• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Team‑first attitude
• Basic experience with hand and power tools (preferred)
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Reliable transportation

$18–20 per hour during training (6–12 months)

Overtime paid at 1.5x

After training and assignment of a company vehicle, Master Technicians typically earn $50,000–$90,000+ annually
