We Light Utah – Exterior Service Technician

We Light Utah is a fast-growing exterior service company based in Utah. We specialize in premium exterior home services including window cleaning, pressure washing, permanent lighting, holiday lighting, bird barrier installation, gutter cleaning, and more.

We are currently hiring for exterior service technicians and future crew leaders.

• Window cleaning (interior and exterior)
• Pressure washing homes, concrete, and exterior surfaces
• Assisting with permanent lighting installations
• Holiday lighting installation and removal
• Bird barrier installation around solar panels and roofs
• Setting up ladders and safely working at heights
• Communicating professionally with customers
• Maintaining a clean and organized jobsite
• Following company systems and quality standards
• Working efficiently while maintaining high-quality results
• Helping the team complete jobs on schedule
• Taking pride in customer satisfaction and workmanship

• Reliable transportation
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
• Comfortable using ladders and working on roofs/heights
• Ability to lift and carry equipment safely
• Professional appearance and communication skills
• Detail-oriented and takes pride in quality work
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous experience in window cleaning, pressure washing, roofing, construction, lighting, or exterior services is preferred but not required
• Must be dependable and show up on time
• Leadership mindset and willingness to grow are highly valued

Competitive pay based on experience and performance.

Pay range:

• $20-$35/hour depending on experience, production, and leadership ability
• Bonus opportunities available
