Snow Tile is a licensed and insured, family-owned tile business with over 30 years of experience. We specialize in high-quality tile installations, including over 60 outdoor pools annually. We take pride in our craftsmanship and are looking for dedicated professionals to join our growing team.

We are seeking an experienced Tile Setter who can work independently on projects, create accurate layouts based on job site measurements, and deliver top-quality tile installations.

• Create project plans based on measurements taken on the job site, ensuring accurate tile layouts that fit the size and shape of each project.
• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, leveling, and applying appropriate adhesives.
• Cut, shape, and install tiles on various surfaces, ensuring precise alignment and spacing.
• Apply grout and finish joints between tiles, ensuring a clean and uniform appearance.
• Inspect finished work for quality and adherence to specifications.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
• Comply with safety regulations and maintain a clean work environment.

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in tile setting.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Must have a truck or transportation capable of hauling dmaterials and equipment.
• Must have personal tile setting tools.
• Ability to lift 50+ Ibs and work in various outdoor conditions.
