Address a range of apartment and property maintenance duties (electrical, plumbing, appliances, flooring, carpentry, HVAC, grounds) as directed by supervisor/manager;
Perform carpentry tasks such as wallboard repair, counter top/cabinet replacement, finish carpentry, window/glass repair, door/lock repair, ceramic tile repair;
Conduct preventative maintenance (siding, painting, lighting, sprinkler, pool, elevator, etc.);
Maintain work order system ensuring timely completion to standards and resident satisfaction;
Inspect grounds/buildings/common areas for safety and cleanliness; identify maintenance needs
