Garage Door Master Technician Apprentice

Aplus Garage Doors, Utah’s largest and fastest‑growing residential garage door company, is seeking a motivated Garage Door Master Tech Apprentice to join our team. This apprenticeship provides comprehensive training so you learn to diagnose, repair, and install garage doors and openers with confidence.
Responsibilities- Operate a scissor lift (training & certification provided)
- Install residential and commercial motors
- Diagnose mechanical and electronic issues
- Perform annual maintenance services
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Team-first attitude
- Basic experience with hand and power tools (preferred)
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Reliable transportation
- $18–$20 per hour during training (6–12 months)
- Overtime paid at 1.5x
- After training and assignment of a company vehicle, Master Technicians typically earn $50,000–$90,000+ annually, depending on performance and workload
