For carpenters with 1+ years of finish carpentry experience. You’ll need to be proficient in trim work like hanging doors, baseboards, casing, crown, and shelving.
Experience with stain‑grade work is highly preferred. Handrail work is a bonus but not required. Pay starts at $23–$33+/hr
, with productivity bonuses based on individual performance.
Some woodworking experience is required, along with basic tool knowledge and the ability to read a tape measure. You’ll assist experienced carpenters with tasks like doors, case, base, and crown. Expect fast skill growth with pay starting at $20–$25+/hr
