Position Summary
At Ken Garff Automotive Group, we are committed to treating people better than they expect to be treated. We are seeking an experienced Automotive Window Tint Technician with 2+ years of hands-on experience who takes pride in their craft and delivers exceptional results. This role plays a key part in enhancing the customer experience by ensuring every vehicle is completed with precision, care, and attention to detail.

- Install automotive window tint on a variety of vehicles with high-quality, professional results
- Measure, cut, and apply film with precision while maintaining efficiency in a production environment
- Prepare vehicle surfaces to ensure proper adhesion and a flawless, bubble-free finish
- Inspect completed work to ensure it meets Ken Garff quality standards
- Remove and replace tint as needed
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
- Collaborate with service and sales teams to meet customer timelines and expectations
- Provide a best-in-class customer experience through professionalism and attention to detail
- Follow all safety procedures and product guidelines
- Minimum 2 years of automotive window tinting experience
- Proven ability to complete tint jobs independently with consistent, high-quality results
- Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced dealership environment
- A positive attitude and commitment to being a team player
- Valid driver’s license (preferred)

Ability to stand, bend, and kneel for extended periods
Ability to lift up to 25–50 lbs
Comfortable working in a shop/dealership environment
Preferred Qualifications- Experience with Paint Protection Film (PPF) or vinyl wraps
- Experience working in a dealership or high-volume automotive shop
