The Road Home in Sandy, UT is seeking a Housing Navigator to assist shelter guests with locating and securing safe, affordable housing. You will conduct assessments, develop housing plans, coordinate with shelter staff, landlords, and community partners, and support clients across the housing continuum.
This in-person role requires 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday, and travel within the local area. A high school diploma is required; bilingual abilities are valued. Competitive benefits are provided.
