AI Coding Evangelist Director – NiCE

Join NiCE as an AI Coding Evangelist Director and champion the operationalization of AI‑assisted development across our global R&D organization. As a key leader, you will accelerate delivery by onboarding teams to effectively use AI tools for development and testing, support them in building production‑level code, and guide best practices for leveraging AI coding agents.

• Upskill engineers through concise workshops and pair‑programming sessions, helping teams become more proficient and productive with AI coding tools for their SDLC.
• Prototype and demo reference AI agents that illustrate best‑practice patterns teams can reuse.
• Proactively suggest tools and processes to improve developer experience and productivity.

• Strong technical background and hands‑on experience in software engineering (10+ years software engineering, 3+ years hands‑on with AI coding tools).
• Experience working with leading AI coding tools such as Git Hub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor, and others.
• Experience developing against the AWS platform.
• Experience developing and using AI agents.
• Experience in MCP and A2A protocols.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work within a large distributed organization.
• Exceptional developer‑to‑developer communication and ability to work autonomously across time zones.
• Leadership and influence—mentors engineers, drives cross‑functional adoption, and unites remote teams around shared AI standards.
