Coach Position – Track & Field
- Location: East Union Middle (High-Needs School)
- Position Type: Athletics – High School / Middle School Coaches / Coaching
- Communicate effectively and build strong interpersonal relationships with students, athletes, staff, and community.
- Commit to the program, maintain high energy, and motivate student‑athletes.
- Collaborate with coaches, staff, and community partners to support track participants.
- Define success not only by team wins but by helping each athlete reach their individual goals.
- Maintain extensive knowledge of the sport, including technical aspects, and continue researching new methods to expand knowledge.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to the program and strong motivation skills.
- Experience in coaching track & field and ability to work with diverse student populations.
- Knowledge of technical aspects of track & field and willingness to engage in ongoing professional development.
