Shipping​/Receiving Clerk

Essential Responsibilities

• Minimum three (3) months of general work experience demonstrating the ability to perform required tasks; no specific experience required.
• High school diploma or GED may be substituted with one year of general experience.
• Must obtain a license to use material handling equipment within 30 days of selection.
• Must successfully complete inert certification training requirements.
• Travel and intermittent work in multiple shifts may be required; evening, weekend and Saturday shifts possible.
• Possibility to pass and maintain a security clearance.

Work in a shop environment with hazardous equipment, moving MHE, obstacles, and high volume activity. Must be able to lift and carry up to 45 lbs for short distances, stoop, bend, kneel, walk, and have proper vision. Exposure to hot and cold or wet weather, fumes, airborne particles, and loud noise. Protective devices required to prevent injury.
