• Manage the accounts of a company’s construction projects.
• Collaborate with project managers to process monthly draws.
• Audit payables, estimate cash flow, maintain receivables.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with Owners (AR), Vendors, and Suppliers.
• Keep abreast with both the construction and accounting industry including Lien Laws.
• Assist in setting up and maintaining construction project accounting files.

• Understanding of project accounting principles.
• Monitoring project compliance and financial regulations for both Subcontractors & General Contractors.
• Understanding of Florida’s Lien Rights & NTO’s.

• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Effective teamwork with accounting department.
• Collaborating with project managers to ensure project objectives are met.
• Knowledge of Contract billing requirements.

• AIA Billing for both Subcontractors & General Contractors.
• Collections & Lien waivers.
• Lien Preparation.
• Subcontractor Change orders & Back Charges.
• Accounts Payables (Subcontractors and Suppliers).
