Salary: $70,000–$75,000

Key Responsibilities of the Senior Accountant- Manage federal grant accounting activities, including reconciliations, journal entries, budget monitoring, and compliance reporting as the Senior Accountant
- Oversee capital asset accounting, construction-related projects, depreciation schedules, and supporting documentation as the Senior Accountant
- Review financial transactions and reporting for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with organizational policies as the Senior Accountant
- Partner with finance, operations, and program leaders to support audits, reporting requirements, and grant-funded initiatives as the Senior Accountant
- Assist with process improvements, financial analysis, and special projects that enhance reporting accuracy and operational efficiency as the Senior Accountant
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting required
- 2–4 years of grant, fund, government, or nonprofit accounting experience; higher education experience preferred
- Experience with capital assets, financial reporting, and ERP systems such as People Soft
