Accounting Coordinator

We are a professional staffing firm, working with organizations across the country to place exceptional candidates. Currently, we have an Accounting Coordinator opportunity with a well-established Title Company located in Sanford, FL.

The Accounting Coordinator will handle escrow accounts, real estate closing funds, and daily financial records. Additionally, managing escrow reconciliations and processing disbursement files.

Your specific duties will include:

• Balance daily escrow accounts to make sure every dollar matches real estate closing files.
• Print checks once all funds are received and the Land or Residential Home file is clear to close.
• Record daily deposits, handle accounts payable and receivable.
• Follow state rules and strict audit standards to protect client money.

Required qualifications for the position include:

• 2-4 years of general accounting experience.
• Strong computer skills with proficiency in MS Excel.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Preferred qualifications for the position include:

• Escrow/Title, Real Estate, or Banking experience highly preferred.

Pay Rate: 26.44 per hour

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits, including medical, dental, and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
