Technology Administrative Specialist

Ligonier Ministries, a Christian non‑profit organization, is seeking a talented Technology Administrative Specialist for the IT Operations team. In this role, you will take ownership of various challenging administrative tasks, including billing, purchasing, and inventory management.

Responsibilities
  • Reconcile departmental credit cards and maintain records of financial activities.
  • Submit and track various accounting forms like purchase orders and expense reimbursements.
  • Review financial documents for accuracy and alignment with departmental needs.
  • Conduct technology hardware and software purchasing activities.
  • Negotiate with vendors for better pricing and correct errors on quotes and invoices.
  • Support the IT asset management lifecycle, from procurement to retirement.
  • Maintain databases of vendor contacts, inventory, software, and other departmental needs.
  • Keep the department’s offices and tech inventory closets organized and stocked.
  • Assist with basic service requests, including cable management and addressing well‑documented issues.
  • Help the team provide updates on tickets and projects to departments and individuals.
  • The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00 hourly. Pay ranges represent the lowest to highest salary we reasonably believe we would pay for this role at the time of posting. We may ultimately offer more or less than the posted range, and the ranges may be modified in the future. An employee’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, geographic location, and organizational needs.
