Position Overview:

Responsible for sending out all executed documents and checks from Settlements to the

Correct Lender and Parties involved in Settlement Process.

Mission Critical Task:

To be organized and to be able to multi task in a fast pace environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Scanning in File Sections after Settlement has occurred.
  • Transfer Scanned folders into appropriate file.
  • Matching invoices with Checks from Settlement
  • Creating Fed Ex labels for checks and Lender Packages to be mailed.
  • Maintaining Customer Surveys for monthly division submittal
  • Printing and submittal of Title Policies as needed.
Required Education:
  • Some Title Experience preferred but not required.
  • High School Diploma
Skills & Abilities:
  • Must be able to multi task
  • Must be proficient in working with computers/copiers and scanners
  • Must have great attention to detail
  • Work Conditions/Physical Requirement
  • Must be able to stand on feet for long periods of time.
