Job Summary
The Plumbing Install Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and scheduling all sold plumbing installation jobs through the company’s field service management software while ensuring all required information, approvals, permits, and payments are completed prior to scheduling. This role is essential in maintaining organization, communication, and efficiency between the plumbing department, customers, technicians, and management.

Supervisory Responsibilities: None.
Duties/Responsibilities- Schedule all sold plumbing installation jobs in company’s field service management software.
- Verify required deposits and payments are collected prior to scheduling installs.
- Ensure permits, approvals, and required documentation are completed before booking jobs.
- Review sold jobs for accuracy including scope of work, materials, equipment, and technician notes.
- Coordinate scheduling with plumbing managers, field technicians, and dispatch teams.
- Communicate with customers regarding scheduling, arrival expectations, and project updates.
- Monitor installation schedules and adjust based on manpower, inspections, or material availability.
- Maintain accurate job notes and customer communications within company’s field service management software.
- Follow up on pending approvals, financing, permits, or missing information.
- Assist with inspection scheduling and coordination with municipalities when required.
- Maintain organization of sold and pending install jobs to prevent scheduling delays.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Experience with field service management software such as Service Titan preferred.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Plumbing industry knowledge preferred.
- Experience coordinating schedules and customer communication.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient computer and administrative skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous scheduling, coordination, or administrative experience preferred.
- Experience in the plumbing or home services industry preferred.
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to communicate effectively by phone and email.
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 15 pounds.
