DESCRIPTION
The part-time Project Coordinator assists the Director of Curriculum & Apprenticeship by tracking milestones and coordinating initiatives to ensure goals are met. The role coordinates textbook affordability reporting, assists with apprenticeship and articulation processes, and helps improve workflows and training materials.

The role coordinates textbook affordability reporting, assists with apprenticeship and articulation processes, and helps improve workflows and training materials.
Essential Functions- Assists the Director of Curriculum & Apprenticeship with assigned projects by scheduling and documenting project meetings; monitoring project meetings, progress, and status; assist with refining processes; facilitating discussions with users to identify timelines, tasks, and stakeholders.
- Coordinates with Director Curriculum & Apprenticeship to ensure that project deliverables meet pre-determined criteria and close out the project.
- Coordinates and tracks articulation agreements throughout their full lifecycle by monitoring key milestones and timelines, maintaining agreement records, updating the articulation webpage, and supporting related projects and initiatives.
- Coordinates textbook affordability reporting. Runs and prepare reports for analysis, including Cost Analysis reports, ISBN reports, and Textbook Adoption reports, Syllabus Posting reports, and the Florida College System Affordability Report. Summarizes annual data and prepares the transmittal for the Board of Trustees.
- Supports Apprenticeship programs by coordinating tasks, timelines, and deliverables; documenting workflows; and assisting in developing and refining Apprenticeship-related processes.
- Collects, tracks, and synthesizes departmental feedback regarding internal processes and automated applications; communicates requirements and issues to web development staff; and assists in refining tools to operational effectiveness.
- Collaborates with CCD department to document, develop, and update training manuals and related reference materials to support consistency and continuity of operations.
- Collects annual data on departmental goals, milestones, achievements, and outcomes; analyzes and summarizes results; and produces the annual program review report.
- Updates and maintains the department webpages to ensure accuracy, currency, and accessibility compliance.
- Performs other duties as required or assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
- One year of Project Coordination and/or Management experience.
- One year of experience using and maintaining files in SharePoint.
- One year of experience working with People Soft.
- One year of Database experience.

- Ability to access and utilize common computer programs including web browsers and applications (i.e. SCNS), enterprise systems (i.e. People Soft), and software (i.e. Microsoft Office).
- Excellent Microsoft Office 365 skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and the ability to become proficient in teams/zoom.
- Ability to exhibit a professional, courteous demeanor.

- Works inside in an office environment, hybrid, or remote.

Pay Benefits And Work Schedule$22.34 hourly up to 26 hours per week.
