As Mavis's leaders in undercar repairs, our Automotive Mechanics are trusted to inspect, diagnose, and perform a wide variety of automotive services on customers' vehicles. They perform undercar repairs including brakes, struts and shocks, complete state‑mandated inspections, change oil and filters, check fluids, replace worn parts, and dismount, mount, rotate and balance tires.

- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- 2 years of experience and/or training in automotive repair and maintenance or a combination of education, training and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position
- Extensive personal toolbox used in performing undercar repairs
- Preferred: state inspection license(s)
- Preferred: ASE Certifications in
- Automotive Maintenance and Light Repair (G1)
- Suspension and Steering (A4)
- Brakes (A5)
Automotive mechanics are required to stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop, crouch, crawl, climb, pull, reach and perform repeated and repetitive movements consistent with vehicle maintenance and automotive repair. Mechanics must regularly lift and/or move items weighing over 50 pounds.
