Key Responsibilities:

• You will oversee project accounting tasks and ensure smooth financial operations, working closely with Project Managers.
• Billing & Contracts:
  Manage prime contract administration and AIA billings. Ensure timely and accurate submissions.
• Job Costing:
  Monitor project budgets, prepare job cost reports, and conduct variance analysis to ensure profitability.
• AP/AR:
  Handle sub-subcontractor administration, purchase orders, and ensure collections through lien preparation.
• Payroll:
  Enter timecards and production quantities, ensuring accurate payroll and job costing.
• Compliance:
  Ensure Notice to Owner (NTO) filings are completed accurately and on time.

Qualifications:

• Software: 2+ years of experience with Sage 100 Contractor is REQUIRED.
• Experience:
  
  Minimum 2+ years of construction accounting experience.
• Skills:
  
  Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills for job cost and variance analysis.
• Education:
  
  High School Diploma required.
• Location:
  
  Must have reliable transportation and be willing to relocate to Sanford, FL prior to starting work.
