, we invest in people who want to grow. As our company continues to expand, we’re looking for a Project Accountant Manager who wants stability today and advancement tomorrow.

• Ensure construction projects stay on budget and meet financial goals

• Manage the accounts of construction projects; collaborate with project managers to process monthly draws

• Audit payables, estimate cash flow, and maintain receivables

• Develop and maintain relationships with Owners (AR), Vendors, and Suppliers

• Stay current with construction and accounting industry practices including lien laws

• Assist in setting up and maintaining construction project accounting files

• Understand project accounting principles and monitor project compliance with financial regulations for Subcontractors & General Contractors

• Knowledge of Florida lien rights & NTOs

• Accurate recording of transactions including AIA billing for Subcontractors & General Contractors

• Manage collections and lien waivers; prepare lien documents

• Handle subcontractor change orders and related charges

• Accounts payable management for Subcontractors and Suppliers
