We are seeking a Framing Residential Superintendent with framing, concrete and masonry experience to join our team.
Local candidates only.This job covers the Orlando area.

Responsibilities include:

• Manage employees and sub-contractors on job site
• Place orders for materials, calculate lead times, follow up with suppliers
• Keep daily job site logs
• Understand construction processes and manage job work flow of subs
• Ability to read plans/blueprints/do material take offs
• Provide timely progress reports with a look ahead of schedule to Project Manager
• Order materials and schedule inspections as necessary throughout the process
• Direct all field personnel and subcontractors to achieve completion of the project on schedule, within budget, with quality workmanship that conforms
• Coordinate and supervise all construction activities
• Travel sometimes to multiple jobsites in a day.

Qualifications:

• Self-motivated
• Must have Superintendent experience (concrete/masonry/framing) in the Residential market.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office/Excel
• Good communication and written skills
• Must have a valid driver’s license and good driving record for 7 years
