Solar Production Construction Manager Position Summary
The Solar Construction Manager plays a critical leadership role in delivering high‑quality commercial solar projects across Florida and the Caribbean.
Responsibilities include leading all field operations from project kickoff through completion, managing crews, subcontractors, materials, schedules, and quality control as the on‑site representative of AGT. The role ensures work is executed safely, efficiently, on time, and on budget, directly impacting production performance, team morale, client satisfaction, and profitability.
Key Responsibilities- Lead field operations from kickoff through completion.
- Manage crews, subcontractors, materials, schedules, and quality control.
- Ensure safety and regulatory compliance under OSHA and other state/federal regulations.
- Represent AGT on site, maintaining client and stakeholder relationships.
- Drive projects to meet time, budget, and quality targets.
- Minimum 5 years of commercial construction management experience.
- Experience managing field employees and subcontractors.
- Commercial roofing and/or solar construction experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record.
- Minimum age 18, ability to climb ladders up to 60 ft and lift 100 lbs.
- Successful pre‑employment drug test.
