Jon M. Hall Company is seeking a skilled and safety-focused Rear End Dump Operator to join our team. • Conduct thorough pre-shift and post-shift inspections of equipment for safety and mechanical issues.
• Operate and drive heavy construction equipment to haul, spread, smooth, level, or move mass excavation materials.
• Perform all assigned tasks efficiently and in compliance with safety standards.
• Maintain regular attendance and report to work on time.
• Be flexible to take on additional duties as required by management.

• Ability to push, pull, and maneuver heavy equipment with hands, arms, and feet repetitively.
• Strong visual and auditory capabilities to stay alert in hazardous construction environments.
• Awareness of surroundings, including other workers, subcontractors, machinery, and moving traffic.
• Work outdoors in varying weather conditions, including heat, cold, and humidity.
• Exposure to moving mechanical parts and construction equipment.
• Moderate noise levels typical of construction job sites.

• Basic English proficiency to read, write, and follow instructions.
