• Making outbound calls to guests and answering phones
• Greeting and assisting customers in a professional and friendly manner
• Working cooperatively with Service Advisors
• Updating records
• Communicating with callers and visitors in a friendly and efficient manner
• Processing customer payments via cash, check, or credit card
• Assisting in scheduling and confirming appointments
• Participating in customer satisfaction and customer retention efforts
• Performing other duties assigned by the Service Manager

• Previous business development center experience; preferred
• Ability to effectively manage multiple responsibilities in a fast‑paced work environment
• Must be able to professionally assist customers in a variety of situations while maintaining a positive and solution‑oriented attitude
• Excellent communication skills
• Outgoing and positive demeanor
• Punctual with the ability to handle schedule flexibility, including daytime, evening hours and Saturdays
• Valid driver’s license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report
• Able to clear a pre‑employment background check
• Maintains a professional appearance
