Service Appointment Coord

Position: Service Appointment Coord.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Service Appointment Coordinator to assist customers via live phone calls. The ideal candidate will have strong verbal and written communication skills and ability for real-time problem solving. In this role, you will handle customer inquiries for the service departments in our dealerships, provide product or service information, resolve customer concerns, and ensure a positive customer experience with a focus on making service appointments.

What are the day-to-day responsibilities?

Respond promptly to incoming customer inquiries.

Provide accurate information regarding products, services, policies, and promotions.

Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns efficiently.

Maintain a professional, helpful, and friendly tone in all customer interactions.

Work collaboratively with other departments to improve customer satisfaction.

Ask qualifying questions to uncover needs and direct calls appropriately.

Ensure that service consultants receive messages promptly.

Meet or exceed assigned Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and targets.

Provide reporting and approved communications to dealership management.

What are the requirements for this job?

High School Diploma or Equivalent Ability to read, write, and comprehend written instructions and information6-12 months previous work experience (preferred)
Demonstrated customer service skills

Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills

Previous industry experience (preferred)
