Payroll​/Customer Service Specialist

Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and versatile professional for a dual-role position supporting both Customer Service and Human Resources payroll functions. This position is responsible for providing technical customer service and support for a manufacturing company, while also managing bi-weekly payroll and benefits administration for a company of approximately 120 employees.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service

+ Provide technical customer service and support for manufactured products

+ Ensure customer orders are accurate and complete

+ Handle rush orders and special requests

+ Process RMAs (Returned Merchandise Authorizations)

+ Communicate with customers for assigned accounts via phone and email

+ Apply company policies based on order source

+ Handle PODs (Proof of Delivery) and invoice copy requests

+ Process requests from customers and sales representatives

+ Track orders and provide status updates

+ Check product availability

+ Enter and edit customer orders as needed

Payroll & Benefits Administration

+ Process complete and accurate bi-weekly payroll using iSolved Payroll

+ Manage payroll reporting

+ Track Paid Time Off (PTO)

+ Administer full-cycle employee benefits

+ Oversee 401(k) administration through Empower 401(k)

+ Serve as the primary point of contact with payroll, benefits, and 401(k) vendors

Requirements

+ Minimum 3 years of payroll administration experience

+ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

+ Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and deadlines

+ Strong written and verbal communication skills

+ Customer service experience preferred

+ Proficiency with payroll systems and benefits administration processes (iSolved a plus)
