Physician - Primary Care+, Sanford

Overview

Advent Health Primary Care+ is seeking Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Physicians for a full-time, outpatient role within our team-based primary care model. This opportunity is designed for physicians who value whole-family care, continuity with patients, and a collaborative practice environment that supports both high-quality care and work-life balance.

In this role, you will work closely with Advanced Practice Providers and Care Teams to deliver comprehensive primary care in a modern, well-supported clinic focused on preventive care, chronic disease management, and long-term patient relationships.

• Board-certified or board-eligible physicians, with intent to obtain certification;
  Family Medicine preferred, Internal Medicine considered
• Passion for whole-person, family-centered primary care
• Comfortable working in a team-based model supervising Advanced Practice Providers
• Strong clinical, communication, and patient-engagement skills
• BLS Required
