A state college in Florida is seeking a Peer Mentor for the First Generation Program. This role provides critical support to first generation students as they navigate their college experience. The mentor will guide students in accessing resources, foster a welcoming environment, and collaborate with program staff to promote student success. Candidates must be current second-year students with a minimum GPA of 2.75.

This position offers $14.00 hourly up to 20 hours per week, based on departmental needs.
