Job Description
Delivers standardized tests in accordance with APA, Vendors and Seminole State College procedures.
Responsibilities- Responsible for all functions for delivering standardized exams. These include the assurance of security of test materials and test items and supervision of examinees.
- Administers certification and standardized exams in accordance to the publisher’s standards.
- Ability to work with minimum supervision.
- Performs other site and position specific responsibilities as assigned.
- Graduation from an accredited high school or possession of an acceptable equivalency diploma.
- Must obtain certifications needed to administer appropriate test(s).
- Bachelor’s Degree from a regionally accredited institution.
- Experience in test administration at the college level.
- Working knowledge of testing software.
- Ability to exhibit a professional, courteous demeanor while serving a high volume of customers.
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to treat confidential information with sensitivity.
- Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment.
- Works inside in an office environment.
- May provide examinations in assigned outreach facilities; e.g., Juvenile Detention Center, Eugene Gregory and John Polk Correctional Facility.
Hourly rate: $18.06 up to 26 hours per week.

Conditions of EmploymentFinalists and individuals recommended for employment at Seminole State College must reside in the State of Florida at the time of hire and may be subject to background investigations and fingerprinting in compliance with Florida Statute 1001.64 and Seminole State College Policy.
