Job DescriptionFacilitator, Voluntary Pre-Kindergarten Program (VPK)
We are currently looking for a Lead VPK teacher for our Wekiva Elementary VPK classroom.
Qualifications- Current Child Development Associate (CDA) or equivalent OR associate degree or higher in Early Childhood education/Child Development OR associate degree in unrelated field with at least six (9) credit hours (3 college courses) in Early Childhood Education or Child Development.
- Completion of the (3) VPK Instructor Emergent Literacy Course Requirement.
- VPK Standards training age 3 through Kindergarten.
- HS diploma.
- At least two years working with young children preferred.
