• Customer Transactions:
  Accurately and efficiently process deposits, check cashing, and withdrawals; verify cash and endorsements; issue receipts with meticulous attention to detail.
• Product & Service Promotion:
  Cross-sell and educate clients on the Bank’s financial products and services to enhance client relationships and financial wellness.
• Payment Processing:
  Handle credit card payments, issue money orders and bank checks, process loan payments, ensuring accuracy and security.
• Secure Handling of Assets:
  Manage night deposit bags, admit clients to safe deposit boxes, and maintain confidentiality and security at all times.
• Client Support & Inquiries:
  Respond promptly to customer questions, provide account balances, and assist with general banking needs in a welcoming environment.
• Reconciliation & Record Keeping:
  Perform end-of-day balancing of transactions, verify cash totals, and reconcile ATMs; maintain detailed reports and logs to ensure compliance and accurate record retention.

Required

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in customer service and cash handling
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Highly organized with the ability to multitask effectively
• Ability to work collaboratively within small teams
• Fluent in English; bilingual a plus
• Access to reliable transportation
• Willingness to participate in ongoing training and development
• Ability to lift 10–20 lbs., stand for extended periods

Preferred

• Previous banking or financial services experience

• Mon–Thu: 12:30 PM – 5:00 PM
• Fri: 12:30 PM – 6:00 PM
• Sat: 8:30 AM – 12:00 PM (rotating schedule)
• Sun:
  Closed

Employees may need to remain 15–30 minutes after closing.
