Arise Autism Center (AAC) is committed to serving individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities through a dedicated team of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). Founded in 2019 in Lake Mary, Florida, and later expanding to Sanford, Florida, AAC provides home, school, and clinic-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy across Central Florida. Inspired by founder Sebnem “Shebby” Aras’s personal experience as a parent, AAC focuses on creating a positive impact on the lives of children and their families.

The center offers a fun, supportive, and engaging environment to help children reach their fullest potential and improve their quality of life.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) located in Sanford, FL. The BCBA will be responsible for developing and supervising individualized treatment plans, conducting functional behavior assessments, and providing direct support and oversight to clients and staff. Additional responsibilities include supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), conducting parent education and training, monitoring progress through data analysis, and ensuring adherence to evidence-based practices in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).

Collaboration with families, team members, and other professionals is a key part of the role.

Qualifications
  • Strong skills in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
  • Experience and expertise in Behavior Management and Parent Education
  • Background or education in Psychology
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams
  • Board Certification as a BCBA and relevant state licensure (or eligibility for licensure)
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in creating individualized treatment plans and supervising RBTs is highly preferred
