We currently have exciting opportunities available in Sanford, FL ! In this role, you will provide Psychosocial Rehabilitation (PSR) services in community settings, such as clients' homes or other agreed-upon public locations.

PSR services are typically provided in person unless circumstances require alternative arrangements. You’ll have the opportunity to work face-to-face in both home and community settings.

In this role, you'll focus on empowering clients by helping them build essential skills in Independent Living, Social, and Vocational Skills . Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Food Planning and Preparation
  • Money Management and Budgeting
  • Maintenance of the Living Environment
  • Training in the Appropriate Use of Community Services
  • Vocational Training and Workshops

This is a “Fee-for-Service” independently contracted position. We’re looking for candidates who have dependable transportation, excellent communication skills, and the ability to maintain a minimum caseload of 10 clients.

Job Types:
  • Part-Time - Must hold consistent sessions with a minimum of 10 cases weekly.
  • Full-Time - Must hold consistent sessions with a minimum of 15 cases or more weekly.

Position Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in one of the following fields:
    Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, Criminology, Education, or any related Social Service field.
  • A valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to commute to clients' homes and community settings.
  • Comfortable providing face-to-face services with clients in their homes or community settings.
  • Capacity to maintain a minimum caseload of 10-15 clients per week.
  • Availability and flexibility to schedule multiple clients and maintain a caseload of 15 clients per week .
  • Willingness to meet with clients one-on-one and in group settings for 1-5 hours per week.
  • Willing to transport clients or accompany them on group and community outings.
  • Participate in at least one group session per month with multiple clients.
  • Daytime availability for training and/or meetings during business hours.
  • Ability to work in the evenings to conduct therapy sessions with clients.
Responsibilities and Duties:

As a PSR Specialist , you’ll have the opportunity to work closely with clients and families to support their goals and promote growth. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Scheduling and providing consistent weekly services for 6 months of treatment.
