We’re looking for a compassionate, reliable Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our clinic team and support children on the autism spectrum ages 2 to 6 years old in a structured, fun, supportive, and collaborative environment.
Here’s what you’ll do:- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism
- Work in-clinic with consistent schedules
- Follow treatment plans under BCBA supervision
- Collect simple data and track progress

Salary Description- $20-$24 per hour
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Active RBT certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- Ability to pass a Level II background check
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- A passion for helping others
- Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop, and engage in physical play for extended periods up to 6-8 hours per day.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. independently.
- Ability to physically support clients when needed for safety.
- The RBT must adhere to all BACB ethical guidelines and maintain an active RBT certification.
