As our Human Resources Support Specialist, you’ll play a key role in supporting our Human Resources department, ensuring accurate payroll, smooth onboarding, and exceptional internal service to our growing team.

How You’ll Make an Impact:
  • Process employee timecards and enter bi-weekly and semi-monthly payroll data

  • Review payroll reports and resolve inconsistencies with accuracy and discretion

  • Respond to payroll-related inquiries with professionalism and timely follow-up

  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes in company systems

  • Maintain organized and confidential personnel files

  • Support recruitment efforts by scheduling interviews and posting jobs

  • Complete employment verifications and assist with HR communications

  • Provide general administrative support to the HR Manager and department

  • Help track key HR compliance and onboarding metrics

What You’ll Need to Succeed:
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

  • Positive, can‑do attitude and a heart for service

  • Excellent time management and organizational skills

  • Ability to manage recurring weekly/monthly tasks independently

  • Clear and professional communication skills (written and verbal)

  • A strong working knowledge of spreadsheets (Google Sheets preferred), including formulas, filters, and basic data audits

  • Discretion and integrity when handling confidential information

  • Eagerness to learn, contribute, and grow with the team
