The Recruiter manages the full-cycle recruiting process for The Father’s Table, supporting high-volume hourly recruitment as well as professional and higher-level talent acquisition needs
. This position works closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager to source, attract, screen, and hire qualified candidates while supporting the organization’s overall recruiting strategy and staffing objectives.
This position partners with the Talent Acquisition Team to identify staffing needs, source and interview qualified candidates, coordinate hiring activities, and support new hires through the onboarding process.
The ideal candidate is an experienced, hands-on recruiter with at least five (5) years of full-cycle recruiting experience and prior experience recruiting in manufacturing, food production, warehouse, packaging, bakery, or other high-volume environments.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS- Preferred a minimum of 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
- 5+ years of food and manufacturing recruiting experience strongly preferred.
- High-volume hourly recruiting experience required.
- Experience recruiting production, general labor, warehouse, packaging, bakery, or manufacturing positions preferred.
- Food manufacturing experience highly preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.
- Experience using ATS and recruiting/job-board platforms.
- Strong interviewing, sourcing, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and hire managers.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional judgment and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Manage recruiting from requisition approval through hire.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
- Review applications, source candidates, conduct interviews, and coordinate hiring decisions.
- Maintain candidate communication throughout the hiring process.
- Recruit hourly production and operational employees.
- Build and maintain qualified candidate pipelines.
- Recruit through job boards, social media, referrals, networking, job fairs, and community events.
- Conduct facility tours and participate in recruiting events as needed.
- Coordinate and attend Job Fairs
- Maintain accurate candidate and requisition information in the ATS.
- Update candidate statuses and document recruiting activity.
- Assist with recruiting reports and staffing updates.
- Guide selected candidates through required pre-employment and hiring steps.
- Coordinate with HR and hiring managers to ensure a smooth transition from candidate to employee.
- Support a professional and positive new-hire experience.
- Work closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager, HR team, hiring managers, and supervisors.
- Follow company recruiting procedures and applicable employment requirements.
- Maintain confidentiality and consistent recruiting practices.
- Adapt to changing staffing priorities and operational needs.
