Integrations Analyst — Summary
The Integrations Analyst is responsible for supporting and maintaining integrations between our customer’s internal platforms and third?party vendor systems. This role focuses on technical analysis, data mapping, solution design, and implementation to ensure stable, secure, and well?documented integrations.
The analyst coordinates environment provisioning, access controls, and security configurations, while guiding development and configuration efforts in partnership with architecture, infrastructure, and development teams. They play a key role in monitoring integration performance, managing production support, and supporting maintenance and upgrade activities. Through detailed documentation, collaboration with integration leads, and continuous improvement initiatives, the Integrations Analyst helps ensure reliable system interoperability and long?term
integration health.
