Business Analyst — Summary

The Business Analyst partners with our customer’s business and technology teams to understand system change requests and translate them into clear design and requirements documentation for IT delivery teams. This role is ideal for a driven, highly organized analyst with strong potential who thrives in collaborative environments and is eager to grow their business analysis skill set.

While deep Guidewire or Policy Center/Claim Center expertise is not required, experience or certification in Guidewire or IIBA frameworks is highly valued. The analyst supports business process analysis, integration impact assessment, and system design, guiding initiatives through the full System Development Life Cycle. Acting as a key liaison between functional stakeholders, developers, QA, and operations, this role ensures requirements are clearly defined, solutions are well?tested,

and system changes are successfully delivered and supported.
