Business Analyst - Summary

The Business Analyst partners with our customer's business and technology teams to understand system change requests and translate business needs into clear, actionable design and requirements documentation. This role serves as a key liaison between functional stakeholders, development teams, and support teams to ensure system enhancements are planned, delivered, and implemented successfully. The analyst provides deep expertise in Guidewire Policy Center, supports integration analysis across internal and external applications, and evaluates how business process changes impact technical requirements.

They guide initiatives through the full System Development Life Cycle, producing high-quality requirements, use cases, and system documentation. The role also supports production issue triage, user acceptance testing, and quality assurance efforts to ensure solutions meet business goals and operate effectively in production.

• Partner with the customer's business and technology teams to understand system change requests and translate business needs into clear design and requirements documentation.
• Serve as a liaison between functional stakeholders, development teams, and support teams to ensure system enhancements are planned, delivered, and implemented successfully.
• Provide deep expertise in Guidewire Policy Center; support integration analysis across internal and external applications; evaluate how business process changes impact technical requirements.
• Guide initiatives through the full System Development Life Cycle; produce high-quality requirements, use cases, and system documentation.
• Support production issue triage, user acceptance testing, and quality assurance efforts to ensure solutions meet business goals and operate effectively in production.

• Experience with Guidewire Policy Center.
• Experience supporting integration analysis across internal and external applications; ability to assess how business changes affect technical requirements.
• Knowledge of the System Development Life Cycle and the creation of requirements, use cases, and system documentation.
• Ability to participate in production issue triage, user acceptance testing, and quality assurance activities.

• the individual's skill sets, experience and training;
• licensure and certification requirements;
• office location and other geographic considerations;

With that said, as required by local law, Vaco by Highspring believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure.
