Business Analyst — Summary

The Business Analyst partners with our customer’s business and technology teams to understand system change requests and translate business needs into clear, actionable design and requirements documentation. This role serves as a key liaison between functional stakeholders, development teams, and support teams to ensure system enhancements are planned, delivered, and implemented successfully.

The analyst provides deep expertise in Guidewire Policy Center, supports integration analysis across internal and external applications, and evaluates how business process changes impact technical requirements. They guide initiatives through the full System Development Life Cycle, producing high-quality requirements, use cases, and system documentation. The role also supports production issue triage, user acceptance testing, and quality assurance efforts to ensure solutions meet business goals and operate effectively in production.
