Description
We are seeking a highly driven and technically capable Product Manager to lead the creation, execution, deployment, and expansion of a next-generation Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) platform within the airport and industrial automation industry.
This role will own the product lifecycle from initial concept through enterprise-scale deployment. The successful candidate will work directly with airport stakeholders, operational teams, maintenance personnel, software developers, systems engineers, and executive leadership to define and deliver a scalable CMMS solution initially targeted for a single airport deployment, followed by expansion across multiple airport sites and airline customers nationwide.
This individual must be capable of operating in fast-paced operational environments while balancing customer demands, feature prioritization, technical constraints, schedule management, and long-term product scalability.
The Product Manager will serve as the bridge between customer operations, software development, engineering execution, and executive leadership while leveraging Agile/Scrum methodologies to drive delivery and accountability.
Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Ownership & Strategy
- Lead the end-to-end development and execution of a new CMMS platform for airport and industrial automation environments.
- Define and maintain the long-term product roadmap aligned with customer operational goals and company growth strategy.
- Translate customer operational pain points into scalable software requirements and product features.
- Establish phased product release strategies, MVP definitions, and feature prioritization frameworks.
- Ensure the platform is designed for future scalability across:
- Multiple airport locations
- Multiple airline customers
- Enterprise operational environments
- Additional industrial automation verticals
- Balance customer requests with strategic product direction and technical feasibility.
- Serve as the primary product-facing liaison between the customer and internal software organization.
- Spend significant time onsite in Atlanta (ATL) working directly with customer operations, maintenance, and leadership teams.
- Conduct workshops, discovery sessions, operational reviews, and feature validation meetings.
- Manage evolving customer expectations, feature requests, operational changes, and scope creep while maintaining project alignment.
- Gather operational workflows, maintenance procedures, reporting requirements, and field feedback to continuously improve the platform.
- Provide regular executive-level updates to both internal leadership and customer stakeholders.
- Lead Agile product execution utilizing Scrum methodologies and best practices.
