As a Data Entry Specialist, you’ll play a key role in supporting product data accuracy across eCommerce and inventory systems. The Data Entry Specialist will work within a collaborative, team‑oriented environment alongside procurement, marketing, and warehouse teams to ensure product information is complete, accurate, and ready for production and online use.

Key Responsibilities of the Data Entry Specialist- Enter and maintain product data, including SKUs, UPCs, descriptions, dimensions, weights, and pricing, as the Data Entry Specialist
- Verify vendor and merchandising data for accuracy and completeness as the Data Entry Specialist
- Assign product categories, attributes, and tags to support website navigation and search functionality as the Data Entry Specialist
- Identify, report, and correct discrepancies such as missing or mismatched product information as the Data Entry Specialist
- Upload product images and collaborate with procurement, marketing, and warehouse teams to maintain accurate records as the Data Entry Specialist
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs, XLOOKUPs, and data cleaning techniques
- Accurate typing skills (50+ WPM) with strong attention to detail
- Hands‑on experience within eCommerce and product information systems
- Collaborative, creative team environment
- Exposure to the full product lifecycle from concept through fulfillment
