We are seeking a passionate Finance Project Manager in Sanford, FL to drive financial excellence and deliver innovative solutions alongside dedicated teams. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the financial health and strategic direction of complex rail projects, working in a collaborative environment where your expertise shapes the future of sustainable mobility.

• Lead financial planning and analysis to ensure scalable project delivery and long-term profitability.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, operations, and commercial teams to align financial objectives and project milestones.
• Implement robust financial controls and risk management processes to guarantee reliability and compliance across all project phases.
• Champion process improvements and digital finance tools to drive innovation in project reporting and forecasting.
• Foster a culture of knowledge sharing by mentoring team members and promoting best practices in financial management.

You'll work with sharp, committed teams solving complex challenges that shape the future of mobility, ensuring seamless integration of business and technology.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in project finance, ideally within large-scale infrastructure or transportation sectors.
• Proficiency in financial modeling, SAP or similar ERP systems, and advanced Excel skills.
• Strong understanding of project accounting, cost control, and contract management principles.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.

• On-time and accurate financial reporting aligned with project delivery timelines and strategic goals.
• Effective collaboration and leadership within multidisciplinary project teams.
• Reduction in financial discrepancies and continuous improvement in process efficiency.
