Parts Coordinator

Overview

• Responsible for managing inventory, ordering parts, coordinating shipments, and supporting the needs of our service and production departments.
• Delivering parts to attraction areas (Orlando) 2 to 3 days per week with a company-supplied vehicle.
• Receives and records purchase and work orders as needed; processes parts transfers for stock; assists with pricing on orders from other branches.
• Maintains detailed records of parts transactions (purchases, receipts, inventory, returns, and distributions) and prepares reports on inventory levels, usage, and purchasing trends.

• 0-2 years of purchasing or procurement experience
• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to deliver parts using a company-provided vehicle 2–3 days per week
• Ability to safely lift up to 75 pounds
• Ability to walk long distances as needed to support deliveries and parts coordination
