Primary Responsibilities- Assist with print production, finishing, packaging, and order preparation
- Inspect printed materials for quality and accuracy
- Organize and prepare materials for production and delivery
- Follow production schedules and workflow priorities
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Support team members in meeting production deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment
- Excellent organizational and time‑management skills
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Frequent lifting and moving of materials weighing 60 pounds or more
- Standing for extended periods
- Repetitive bending, reaching, and carrying
- Ability to perform physical production tasks throughout the shift
