A company is seeking a Concrete Machine Operator to run and monitor equipment that produces concrete blocks. This role involves working with raw materials, performing quality checks, making machine adjustments, and ensuring safe and efficient production in a fast-paced environment.

Concrete Experience / Machine Operation / Concrete Inspection / Preventative Maintenance / Troubleshooting / Forklift Operation / Material Handling / Quality Control / Mechanical Aptitude

Entry–Intermediate Level

Sanford, FL

$18 - $20/hr

• Previous forklift experience preferred.
• Able to stand for 12 hours a day.
• Able to lift 50 pounds throughout the shift.
• Ability to read a tape measure and follow basic work instructions.
• High school diploma.

You will work in an outdoor environment covered by a pavilion, experiencing both hot and cold conditions. The work environment is dusty and dirty. You will work Monday through Friday, with many Saturdays included, from 6 AM to 4 PM. Personal protective equipment, such as steel-toed boots, is required.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Sanford, FL.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
