- Position:
Registered Nurse (RN) - Med Surg - Location:
West Seminole Blvd, Sanford, FL 32771 - Salary Range: $29.00 (2 yrs) - $42.13 (17 yrs MAX) per hour + Shift Differentials
- Sign-on bonus up to $10,000 for night shifts and relocation assistance (case by case)
- Shift differentials: $4.50 for nights and $1.50 for weekends
Job Summary:
Join our Hospital, a 230-bed Level II Trauma Center with a full-service cardiovascular program. We're looking for dedicated Med Surg RNs to provide top-notch care in our dynamic facility, which includes specialties like orthopedics, spine care, and robotic surgery.
Qualifications:
- Nursing Diploma or ASN required; BSN preferred
- Recent acute care Med-Surg experience, open to PCU/CVICU/ICU experience
- Current FL State Registered Nurse license or compact licensure
- American Heart Association BLS and ACLS certifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and excellent communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive nursing care in a Med Surg setting
- Work with a diverse patient population including oncology, ortho, trauma, and psychiatric cases
- Engage in critical thinking, service excellence, and effective communication
