Deliver critical care with confidence and compassion. We’re seeking a skilled ICU Stepdown RN to join a high-performing team in Sanford, FL—caring for patients transitioning from intensive care to recovery.
Pay: $46/hour (based on experience)
What You’ll Do:- Provide specialized care for stepdown and high-acuity patients
- Monitor vital signs, telemetry, and patient progress closely
- Administer medications, treatments, and ongoing patient assessments
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal outcomes
- Active RN license (FL)
- ICU, PCU, or stepdown experience preferred
- Strong critical thinking and rapid assessment skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced clinical environment
