This position is incentive eligible.
We are looking for a Director of Medical Surgical for HCA Florida Lake Monroe Hospital.

Provide leadership for planning, management, implementation, integration and coordination of the unit in support of facility goals dedicated to excellence, effective leadership, and financial stability. Support the delivery of the high quality, cost effective patient care through activities based on facility strategic goals and objectives.
Qualifications- Current FL RN or ARNP license required or appropriate compact licensure. If compact license held, active FL RN license or ARNP required within 90 days of hire.
- Registered Nurse Diploma or Associate Degree required; BSN preferred.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) or ACLS Instructor must be obtained within 6 months of employment start date.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) or BCLS Instructor must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
- Minimum 3 year RN experience in acute care setting; 1 year supervisory experience preferred.
